What is Ripe?

Ripe Recruiters is a staffing boutique that focuses on ensuring fair employment opportunities.

What we do

RIPE Recruiters advocates for the “ageful”professional so they may obtain either permanent, contract, or interim employment. We search for and match talented individuals with solid and diverse companies.

With current unemployment levels and the growing amount of people applying for jobs, it is imperative to have someone ensuring that their resumes are not only getting in front of employers, but are being seriously considered, which may ultimately result in a hiring.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to serve as an employment advocate and to make educational tools available for further growth and development, while contradicting stereotypes related to ageism in the professional environment.

The Thing about Ageism, is that the group we see as different, is our own future Selves.
