What we do

RIPE Recruiters advocates for the “ageful”professional so they may obtain either permanent, contract, or interim employment. We search for and match talented individuals with solid and diverse companies.

Why we're necessary

The American workforce is evolving, with experienced professionals representing a significant and valuable segment of today’s talent pool. In an increasingly competitive job market, having the right support can make all the difference. Ripe Recruiters helps experienced professionals position themselves for success by ensuring their résumés effectively showcase their skills, accomplishments, and value, not simply their years of experience. Our goal is to help candidates get their résumés in front of the right employers, stand out among the competition, and receive serious consideration for meaningful employment opportunities. We advocate for the “ageful” professional while helping employers recognize the experience, knowledge, and perspective that seasoned talent brings to the workplace.

Our mission is to serve as an employment advocate and to make educational tools available for further growth and development, while contradicting stereotypes related to ageism in the professional environment.

Tamilyn is a strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning the entertainment, nonprofit, human services, and community-based sectors. Her career began in entertainment, where she developed and executed global marketing campaigns and led teams supporting major film and television franchises for Sony Pictures Entertainment, 20th Century Fox, NBCUniversal, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, and DreamWorks. She has also developed innovative brand partnerships with leading national retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Today, Tamilyn brings that same strategic and creative approach to nonprofit leadership, organizational operations, workforce development, compliance, and community engagement. Her experience includes building and supporting teams, developing programs and partnerships, strengthening organizational systems, and advancing initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for individuals, families, and communities. Throughout her career, Tamilyn has remained passionate about connecting people, ideas, and resources to create lasting impact. Denise has over 20 years of experience in the communications industry. She has served in various  leadership roles within the Sales and Marketing divisions of industry giants, Spectrum, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and American Cablevision. Throughout her career, Denise has won many awards including the prestigious President’s Club Award and The Pinnacle Award. Denise, the consummate networker, has recruited, hired, trained and developed numerous professional talent with extraordinary results. Denise is a five year cancer survivor. JEREMY BONNEY

Senior Director of Business Operations & Strategy

Jeremy is a business operations and strategy professional with more than 15 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, marketing, career development, and corporate merchandising. As Senior Director of Business Operations & Strategy for Ripe Recruiters, Jeremy helps lead the organization’s strategic direction and its mission to connect experienced professionals with meaningful permanent, contract, and interim career opportunities. A passionate advocate for the “ageful” professional, Jeremy works to challenge age-related stereotypes while helping professionals remain competitive and confident in today’s evolving workforce. His diverse career includes owning and operating a successful marketing and design company and working with Nike, Inc. in visual merchandising and product operations. Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University. He is also an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, and remains committed to giving back to his community through nonprofit board leadership and service.
